We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve HyperDSK; (b) process transactions and send related communications; (c) send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages; (d) respond to your comments and questions; (e) monitor usage trends and improve user experience; (f) comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Your business data belongs to you and is used only to deliver the services you request.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your information with: (a) service providers who help us operate HyperDSK (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) legal authorities when required by law; (c) business partners with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Business data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination to allow for data export. After this period, data is permanently deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
